CLASS UPDATES

If you attend the evening yoga classes, beginning Nov. 5th,
CLASS TIME  HAS CHANGED: 

MONDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHTS 
5:30-6:45PM IS THE NEW TIME
Many of you have been asking to start earlier as it is easier to come straight from work to the studio and thus be able to go home earlier on the cold, dark winter months. Lets give the new time a try!

Also, NEW BEGINNING CLASS ON THURSDAY NIGHTS
Josine Michaels. 5:30-6:45pm
Josine is an Iyengar yoga teacher in training, and comes to us with many years of teaching yoga in the Longmont area. Please read her biography on the teachers’ page and spread the word to your family and friends who want to take a beginning yoga class. The fundamentals of standing, sitting, twisting,simple upside down poses, forward and back extensions are all introduced at a safe level of practice.  Class pace is slower and the teacher demonstrates poses often so the student has a good “picture” of what to do. Please join me in verbally spreading the word about the new class.

Sunday’s Asana and Pranayama class is temporarily cancelled. Stay tuned as this class will be offered again!
