Why Do Iyengar Yoga?

BASICS  This class is an introduction to Iyengar Yoga.

LEVEL I   This class is great if you are in good working condition!

LEVEL 1-2   This class begins to move the student into a more subtle yoga asana.

LEVEL 2-3   This class starts sequencing asanas around themes that energize the spine and then cool the nervous system.

Continuing Iyengar    This class is appropriate for all levels as it is more concerned with breathing and not with mastery of the asanas.

TRX   This is a rope conditioning program designed by TRX.
