Iyengar Level 1:
This class is great if you are in good working condition!
You have had some yoga before and are familiar with mats and props. You are NOT expected to know inversions yet, nor hold poses for a long time. This class will lead you deeper into the standing, seated, twists, inversions and backbends and bring in more breath work.
