Monday Night Workshop Series
This is a four week commitment focusing on a new challenge each month. Class meets once a week, Mondays 4-5pm beginning Spring 2020.
You will be helped into poses that allow for painful areas to be eased, stiff muscles to soften, and limited range of motion to improve. Be the end of the four weeks you will have homework to focus on as well as be self-reliant on how to take care of your issues regarding neck and shoulders.
Class is taught by Cathy Wright, Jr. Intermediate 111 Iyengar Yoga Certified Instructor
