Iyengar Level 1-2

Iyengar Level 1-2:

This class begins to move the student into a more subtle yoga asana. You know how to spread the legs in standing poses, how
much height to sit on for seated poses, how to use a brick or belt to modify for stiff hips or shoulders.  Inversions will be more of a part of each class. Savasana longer, breath work more pronounced.

Class card with ten punches  $140. Card is good for all of Cathy’s classes.
